Prada Group seeks a Digital Post Producer in Milan to ensure quality consistency across eCommerce and editorial content through AI-enabled and traditional workflows.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement quality control frameworks and validate all digital assets as a human-in-the-loop quality assurance authority
  • Review production outputs to ensure adherence to established quality standards and brand specifications
  • Trigger asset refinements and regenerate AI-generated content when quality benchmarks are not met
  • Conduct comprehensive quality checks across all AI-generated and traditionally produced assets
  • Support on-set production activities for traditional photo shoots, ensuring outputs meet predetermined quality standards
  • Document post-production notes and guidance for asset refinement across both traditional and AI-enabled workflows
  • Execute post-production activities directly using AI tools and Adobe Photoshop to refine and finalize assets
  • Identify recurring quality issues and contribute to optimization and scaling of production workflows
  • Provide constructive feedback to stakeholders to improve approval processes and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with AI Editors throughout generation and refinement cycles to achieve creative excellence
  • Work in close partnership with Styling teams and Producers to validate and refine digital assets
  • Establish and document best practices for asset validation and efficient, scalable post-production workflows

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in digital post-production, eCommerce content production, or creative operations
  • Expertise in eCommerce visual standards and product detail page (PDP) asset requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency with post-production and editing tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, or equivalent software
  • Familiarity with AI-generated asset workflows and experience with generative AI platforms such as Google Vertex, Higgsfield, or Seedance (preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a quality-control oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within fast-paced, cross-functional creative environments
