Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with company tutor on enterprise content management tools within the team responsible for publishing website campaigns and delivering email communications for all Prada Group brands
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure all campaign assets (copy, images, videos) are production-ready
- Publish content across global websites while maintaining message consistency and working closely with copywriters and designers
- Test and refine content quality before and after all go-live deployments
- Support the CRM team by monitoring the newsletter calendar and managing campaign sends
- Execute campaign creation and delivery within email marketing platforms, specifically Adobe Journey Optimizer
Qualifications
- Academic background in communication, design, or similar field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
- Genuine interest in e-commerce, digital channels, and the fashion and luxury sectors
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams with flexibility and diplomacy
- Excellent attention to detail with strong prioritization and time management skills
- Experience with enterprise content management systems or marketing communication platforms (preferred)
- Knowledge of design tools such as Figma or equivalent (preferred)
- HTML/CSS knowledge (preferred)
