Prada Group seeks Digital Applications Product Manager in Milano to lead retail digital strategy, omnichannel innovation and product portfolio governance across luxury brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and own the Digital Applications strategy and multi-year roadmap
- Establish product vision, priorities, governance and investment decisions across the portfolio
- Ensure alignment between Digital initiatives, business objectives and brand strategy
- Identify opportunities for innovation, scalability and process transformation
- Oversee the Digital Applications ecosystem and product lifecycle management
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, strategic relevance and resource capacity
- Manage dependencies across Digital, IT and business functions
- Ensure consistency across all retail digital products and customer journeys
- Lead, coach and develop Product Owners and Product Specialists
- Define team objectives and performance expectations
- Foster product management best practices and continuous improvement
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Retail, CRM, Client Development, Operations, Marketing and IT
- Facilitate strategic alignment and decision-making across functions
- Represent the Digital Applications domain within global transformation programs
- Define and monitor product KPIs and business outcomes
- Manage product budgets, resource allocation and investment priorities
- Drive adoption, operational efficiency and business value realization
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail, clienteling or digital product management
- Strong understanding of clienteling workflows and user experiences in the luxury sector
- Solid background in digital app design and backend integration patterns
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated experience working with digital KPIs and business performance analysis
- Advanced proficiency with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira)
- Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Adobe Analytics)
- Mastery of AGILE and Waterfall operating models with familiarity of SCRUM, Agile or Design Sprint methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously

Experience
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in retail, clienteling, or digital product management roles, with demonstrated success leading digital transformation initiatives in luxury or fashion environments. Proven track record of developing and executing digital product strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes through technology-enabled solutions.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management or related discipline. Master's degree or advanced product management certification (CSPM, PSPO) is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 55,000 to EUR 60,000 per annum.
