Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve all qualitative and quantitative sales objectives for the assigned product category department
- Manage and motivate the department team to reach sales targets whilst maintaining extraordinary client service standards
- Ensure an exceptional welcome and customer experience, fostering cross-selling opportunities across product categories
- Analyze departmental performance and define action plans to achieve business objectives
- Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager and drive the team to exceed key performance indicators
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and share insights with relevant functions
- Foster e-commerce channel development initiatives
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- Strengthen customer loyalty by engaging and supporting the sales team in clienteling activities and acquiring new local customers
- Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company procedures
- Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development and advancement opportunities
- Ensure effective communication and lead morning briefings to encourage information sharing
