Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote Omni Channel awareness and the use of digital tools to enhance client relationships.
  • Ensure effective and efficient store operations, including cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to attract clients and maximize sales.
  • Act as a staff motivator, promoting team spirit and a positive work environment.
  • Identify and develop talent within the team for internal growth opportunities.

Experience
