- Maintain visual merchandising standards to attract clients and maximize sales.
- Act as a staff motivator, promoting team spirit and a positive work environment.
- Identify and develop talent within the team for internal growth opportunities.

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector.

Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
