Role & Responsibilities
- Define and manage the CRM Product Roadmap, balancing business goals with technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into CRM use cases and features.
- Lead Agile ceremonies to oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to deployment.

- Strong knowledge of CRM processes and customer data architecture.
- Experience with enterprise CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
