Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Corporate Communication team on day-to-day activities with internal and external stakeholders to advance Group-level projects and presentations.
  • Assist in managing relations with external PR agencies, corporate stakeholders and institutional partners.
  • Coordinate and liaise with PR colleagues across subsidiaries to ensure aligned messaging and activities.
  • Draft and edit copy for Group channels, including website content, corporate social media, press releases and internal/external communication materials.
  • Contribute to media exposure evaluations, competitive analysis and opportunity identification to inform communications strategy.
  • Maintain press lists, contact databases, mailings and galleries using Launchmetrics.
  • Support planning and logistics for corporate events and press activities.
  • Perform media monitoring and reporting to track coverage and KPIs.
  • Support administrative procurement or vendor processes via the IVALUA platform.

Qualifications

  • Previous internship experience in PR, communications or marketing with exposure to corporate communication.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong copywriting and content-development abilities.
  • Excellent organisational, presentation and interpersonal skills; able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented team player with relational and basic managerial aptitude.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

Previous internship experience in PR, corporate communications or marketing, ideally with exposure to agency liaison, media relations and corporate content production.

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline.
