Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Client Services Product Owner in requirement collection, user story preparation, and backlog refinement
- Prepare materials for stakeholder meetings including roadmap updates, status reports, feature overviews, and communication deliverables
- Maintain and update process-related documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Collaborate closely with Product, IT, UX/UI, and Business teams to support cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong interest in digital product development and client-focused platforms
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product management practices
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
