Prada Group seeks a Client Advisor for its Taoyuan store—deliver luxury retail excellence, master product expertise, and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment and exceed customer expectations through exceptional service aligned with Prada's client journey ceremony
  • Exceed individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining the highest quality of customer engagement
  • Master comprehensive product knowledge and communicate Prada's history, culture, and design philosophy to clients
  • Capture and manage customer data within the CRM system to develop personalized relationships and future sales opportunities
  • Maintain awareness of fashion trends and competitive landscape to provide informed style guidance to clients
  • Conduct client appointments both in-person and virtually, leveraging digital tools to enhance the luxury experience
  • Resolve client complaints professionally whilst liaising with management and the client service team
  • Embrace an omni-channel mindset, integrating in-store and e-commerce services seamlessly
  • Collaborate with back-of-house operations to maintain store organization, stock procedures, and inventory management
  • Adhere to company operational guidelines, security protocols, cash handling procedures, and reporting requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
  • Proven passion for fashion and demonstrated enthusiasm for luxury retail

  • Experience in the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry is advantageous
  • Team player mentality with a results-oriented approach
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital retail platforms
