Prada Group seeks a Client Advisor in Taoyuan, Taiwan — luxury retail role at the outlet focused on clienteling, omnichannel sales and CRM-driven service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized luxury client experience across in-store and digital touchpoints, acting as a Brand Ambassador for Prada.
- Proactively identify client needs, host scheduled appointments (in-person and virtual) and develop long-term relationships through clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs, contributing to team performance and outlet targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in the Company CRM to enable tailored follow-up and future opportunities.
- Apply deep product knowledge, Prada history and brand DNA to advise clients and curate proposals.
- Operate omnichannel sales processes, utilising ecommerce platforms and company digital tools to provide an integrated experience.
- Participate in daily store operations, support back-of-house activities, maintain an organised stockroom and follow inventory, cash and security procedures.
- Resolve client complaints with professionalism, liaising with line management and Client Service when necessary.
- Handle products with the highest level of care and ensure compliance with company operational guidelines and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven client-facing experience in luxury, fashion or cosmetics is advantageous.
- Strong customer orientation with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic with a genuine passion for fashion and luxury retail.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of direct sales experience, ideally within luxury, fashion or cosmetics retail. Demonstrated success meeting sales and KPI targets and experience with clienteling and CRM-driven relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary studies in fashion, retail management, marketing or a related discipline preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Taoyuan, Taoyuan, Taiwan, with easy access to Taipei.
