Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience, guiding customers through the Prada client journey both in-store and via virtual appointments.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs, proactively driving conversions across in-store and e-commerce channels.
- Maintain authoritative product knowledge and articulate Prada’s heritage, culture and DNA to clients.
- Capture and maintain client data in the Company CRM to nurture relationships and generate future business opportunities.
- Adopt and promote an omnichannel approach, leveraging Company digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
- Host and manage client appointments — in-person and virtual — to provide tailored advice and styling.
- Collaborate with back-of-house teams to support daily store operations and maintain organised stockroom procedures.
- Resolve client complaints with ownership and escalate to line management or Client Service when needed.
- Comply with operational procedures covering security, cash handling, inventory, logistics and required reporting.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant sales experience; previous experience in luxury, fashion or cosmetics is advantageous.
- Demonstrable customer orientation with a strong drive to achieve sales and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team mindset.
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (ability to communicate fluently in Chinese and English).
- Passion for fashion and an eagerness to build product and market knowledge.

Experience
1–2 years of relevant retail or sales experience; prior exposure to luxury, fashion or cosmetics retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary studies in fashion, retail, business or related disciplines advantageous.
