Prada Group seeks a Client Advisor (Outlet) in Taoyuan, Taiwan — deliver exceptional luxury service and drive sales for PRADA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding, personalised luxury client experience, guiding customers through the Prada client journey both in-store and via digital channels.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, actively contributing to overall store performance.
- Maintain and deepen client relationships by capturing and updating customer data in the Company CRM to enable tailored follow-ups and future opportunities.
- Promote the brand’s heritage, product knowledge and fashion expertise to advise clients accurately and confidently.
- Embrace an omnichannel approach: conduct in-person and virtual appointments, leverage ecommerce touchpoints and use company digital tools to create an integrated experience.
- Support daily store operations, including stockroom organisation, inventory and adherence to cash, security and reporting procedures.
- Resolve client complaints with ownership and escalate to line manager or Client Service when required.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and Back of House teams to maintain a cohesive, inclusive and high-performing working environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of relevant sales experience, preferably within luxury, fashion or cosmetics.
- A demonstrable passion for fashion, high standards of presentation and strong client-focus.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team orientation and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage client data with discretion and to use digital tools for clienteling and appointments.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of proven sales experience; experience within luxury fashion, cosmetics or premium retail is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, retail management or business is advantageous.
Workplace
This position is based in Taoyuan, Taoyuan, Taiwan, within easy reach of Taipei.
