Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador to deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience across in‑store and virtual interactions.
  • Place the client at the centre of all activity, proactively identifying needs, hosting client appointments and guiding clients through the brand’s client journey.
  • Drive individual and team sales performance to meet and exceed targets and KPIs, maximising conversion and average transaction value.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client data in the Company CRM to nurture relationships and support future CRM campaigns.
  • Deploy Company digital tools and ecommerce channels to offer an integrated omni‑channel service and conduct virtual client meetings when required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and Back of House operations to ensure smooth daily store operations, organised stockroom management and adherence to inventory procedures.
  • Resolve client complaints with professionalism, escalating to line management or Client Service where necessary.
  • Handle company assets and cash according to operational controls and store leadership directives, ensuring compliance with Company policies.

Qualifications

  • Fluent spoken English is required.
  • Demonstrable passion for building long‑lasting client relationships and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven problem‑solving aptitude, curiosity about fashion and an interest in the luxury sector.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, showing adaptability and a positive attitude.
  • Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is an advantage.

Experience

No specific tenure required; previous experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred and considered an asset. Demonstrable sales experience and comfort with client‑facing responsibilities are expected.

Education
