Prada Client Advisor in Hangzhou, China – deliver luxury experiences and exceed sales targets. Luxury retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming in-store environment and deliver exceptional service in accordance with the client journey ceremony, addressing every client need and expectation with attentive professionalism
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets whilst maximizing personal sales performance to contribute to overall store success and KPI goals
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge encompassing Prada's heritage, brand philosophy, design DNA, and both Prada and Miu Miu collections
- Capture and manage client data within the company CRM system to build, maintain, and develop long-term relationships through personalized engagement and targeted follow-up initiatives
- Conduct client appointments in both physical and virtual formats to strengthen relationships and facilitate sales opportunities
- Remain consistently informed of luxury fashion trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to provide informed advice and relevant styling recommendations to clients
- Address and resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and client service team whilst maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction
- Execute omnichannel sales strategy by seamlessly integrating in-store and e-commerce client experiences and leveraging digital tools to enhance the luxury retail journey
- Operate with meticulous care in the handling and presentation of merchandise, maintaining product integrity and store aesthetics at all times
- Work collaboratively with back-office operations in daily store functions, inventory management, stock organization, and compliance with operational, security, and reporting procedures
- Embody team values through constructive communication, diversity and inclusion principles, and a commitment to fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for luxury fashion and in-depth understanding of the contemporary luxury market
- Proven client-facing experience in a premium retail or luxury goods environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage clients of diverse backgrounds and preferences
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding brand values and company policies
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of professional client-facing experience in luxury retail, fashion, or premium consumer goods is preferred. Prior experience in a branded luxury environment or demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further qualifications in fashion, business, or hospitality are desirable but not required.
