Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying the brand philosophy and values to clients.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure optimal service both in-store and online.
  • Exceed KPI goals while maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, Prada history, culture, and brand DNA.
  • Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage clients effectively.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and client service teams.
  • Handle products with utmost care and respect.
  • Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining stock organization.
  • Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
  • Foster a positive work environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values.

Qualifications

  • Experience within a luxury or premium brand environment.

Skills

Understanding of luxury customer service. Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
