Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury customer experience and act as a brand ambassador for Prada.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs, contributing to overall store performance.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and regular follow-up.
  • Capture and update customer information in the Company CRM to enable personalised service and future sales opportunities.
  • Support and promote the omni-channel customer journey, integrating in-store and ecommerce interactions.
  • Host and conduct customer appointments in-person and via virtual meetings, using Company digital tools.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge of Prada collections, history and brand DNA to advise clients confidently.
  • Participate in daily store operations, maintain an organised stockroom and follow stock, inventory and cash procedures.
  • Resolve client queries and complaints professionally, escalating to line manager or Client Service team when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and back-of-house teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience while upholding diversity and inclusion values.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience within a luxury or premium brand.
  • Strong understanding of luxury customer service and clienteling techniques.
  • Track record of building and maintaining lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Experience
