Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively enhancing service quality both in-store and online.
- Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, Prada's history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide informed advice.
- Resolve client complaints in coordination with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with utmost care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to offer a complete luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster open communication and teamwork to ensure a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion.
