Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Brand philosophy and values to clients.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure optimal service in-store and online.
  • Exceed KPI goals, maintaining the highest quality of sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, as well as Prada's history, culture, and DNA.
  • Capture customer data into the Company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage in informed discussions with clients.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
  • Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
  • Utilize Company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
  • Adhere to Company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
  • Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience within a luxury or premium brand.

Skills

Understanding of luxury customer service. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships. Capability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.

Experience

Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
