Role & Responsibilities
- Execute cash opening and closing procedures, ensuring cash availability and equipment functionality.
- Issue national, international, and tax-free invoices in compliance with local regulations.
- Support advances, returns, and issuance of vouchers and credit notes to customers.
- Adhere to CITES procedures for applicable products.
- Monitor credit card payments and bank transfers.
- Perform daily cash register closing and verify daily cash intake.
- Prepare paying-in slips and manage documents for periodic withdrawals, ensuring delivery and receipt management.
- Update the company's customer database.
- Manage petty cash in accordance with corporate expense limits.
Qualifications
- Experience in a related field, preferably within the retail channel.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Related experience in cash handling and retail operations is preferred.
