Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute cash opening and closing procedures, ensuring cash availability and equipment functionality.
  • Issue national, international, and tax-free invoices in compliance with local regulations.
  • Support advances, returns, and issuance of vouchers and credit notes to customers.
  • Adhere to CITES procedures for applicable products.
  • Monitor credit card payments and bank transfers.
  • Perform daily cash register closing and verify daily cash intake.
  • Prepare paying-in slips and manage documents for periodic withdrawals, ensuring delivery and receipt management.
  • Update the company's customer database.
  • Manage petty cash in accordance with corporate expense limits.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a related field, preferably within the retail channel.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Skills

Integrity and strong organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong sense of responsibility.

Experience

Related experience in cash handling and retail operations is preferred.
