Role & Responsibilities
- Execute cash opening and closing procedures, ensuring cash availability and equipment functionality.
- Issue national, international, and tax-free invoices in compliance with local regulations.
- Support advances, returns, and issuance of vouchers and credit notes to customers.
- Adhere to CITES procedures for applicable products.
- Monitor credit card payments and bank transfers.
- Perform and print daily cash register closings, verifying daily cash intake.
- Prepare paying-in slips and necessary documents for periodic withdrawals, managing delivery and receipts.
- Update the company's customer database.
- Manage petty cash in accordance with corporate procedures and expense limits.
Qualifications
- Related experience, preferably in the retail channel.
- Good integrity and organizational skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility.

Experience
Prior experience in a related role, with a preference for retail channel experience.
