Prada Group seeks a full-time Cashier at the PRADA Outlet in Parndorf, Austria. Cash handling, invoicing and German & English required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily cash opening and closing procedures, verify cash availability and ensure registers and equipment are operational.
  • Process payments including cash, credit cards and bank transfers; monitor and reconcile card transactions.
  • Issue national, international and tax-free invoices in compliance with local tax and legal requirements.
  • Support customer advances, returns, vouchers and credit notes in accordance with corporate policies.
  • Prepare and print daily cash register closings and carry out cash reconciliations and paying-in slip preparation.
  • Manage petty cash within corporate expense limits and prepare documents for periodic cash withdrawals.
  • Follow CITES procedures where applicable for regulated products.
  • Maintain and update the company customer database and related transactional records.

Qualifications

  • Related experience; previous retail/cashier experience preferred.
  • Fluent spoken German and English.
  • High degree of integrity, organisation and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with invoicing and basic financial documentation practices.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail environment with hands-on cash handling and transaction processing is preferred.

Education
