Prada Group seeks a Cashier in Cabazon, USA — manage POS transactions, cash control and client service at the Cabazon outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all customer transactions at the cash wrap including sales, returns, exchanges and tax-free paperwork while adhering to company processes and cash-control procedures.
- Process payments via cash, credit cards and traveler's checks; perform end-of-day cash reconciliation, deposits, double counts and credit card batch outs.
- Maintain and replenish the cash desk (forms, stationery and supplies), ensure POS area is organised and presentable.
- Update and capture customer information in the client database and conduct telephone follow-ups for product searches and client enquiries.
- Provide high-quality client service on the sales floor and at the cash wrap with the objective of closing sales and encouraging repeat business.
- Support store operations including gift-wrapping, sales-floor maintenance and handling returns (store credits, invoicing); manage electronic article surveillance removal and re-tagging of returns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years' experience in a cashier or point-of-sale role within a retail environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and retail business management systems.
- Ability to perform opening/closing cash register duties and maintain accurate cash reconciliation.
- Physical ability to work full shifts standing, and to lift, push and pull stock and boxes unaided.

Experience
At least 1–3 years of hands-on cashier or POS experience in a retail environment, preferably within premium or luxury retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail training preferred.
