Prada Group — Assistant Accounting Manager in Bangkok. Support the Financial Controller with full-set accounting, SAP required, 7+ years' experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain full sets of accounts for the Thailand entity, covering sales and collections, expenses and payables, general ledger, fixed assets and inventory management, intercompany transactions and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly sales cut-off, ensuring compliance with local and Group accounting policies and providing actionable reporting to management.
- Prepare monthly VAT and Corporate Income Tax return (PND 50) and support other tax-related filings and schedules.
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, analyse variances and contribute to management reporting and decision-making.
- Prepare and review monthly cash flow reports (direct and indirect methods) and monitor cash balances.
- Ensure timely month‑end and period closing, deliver finance and tax schedules and liaise with internal and external auditors.
- Contribute to accounting projects and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen controls and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in accounting functions, preferably within retail or luxury goods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Proven experience with SAP (mandatory).
- Professional written and spoken proficiency in English and Thai.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Experience
At least 7 years of hands-on accounting experience, with responsibility for full-set accounting and month-end processes; prior exposure to retail or multinational group reporting is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
