Prada Group seeks an App Analytics Lead in Milan to drive mobile app performance analytics across B2C and B2B products.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and lead app performance measurement across B2C and B2B mobile experiences, defining clear, consistent and business-relevant KPIs.
- Design, maintain and evolve dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor acquisition, engagement, retention and conversion.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify behavioral patterns, performance drivers and optimization opportunities across user segments.
- Partner with Product, UX, Marketing, CRM and Tech teams to translate data into actionable recommendations and prioritised roadmaps.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation strategies to validate improvements to user experience and commercial outcomes.
- Ensure best-practice implementation and governance of mobile analytics tools (SDKs, event tracking, attribution).
- Define and evangelise analytics standards and methodologies across teams to foster a data-driven culture.
- Act as a trusted analytics storyteller, adapting insights for both B2C and B2B stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of demonstrable experience in mobile app analytics or digital product analytics.
- Proven track record working across both B2C and B2B mobile products and funnels.
- Hands-on experience implementing and governing mobile analytics (SDKs, event tracking, attribution).
- Strong expertise in KPI definition, performance monitoring and insight generation.
- Experience designing and running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
- Excellent English and Italian — both written and spoken.
Skills
Experience
At least six years of progressive experience in mobile app analytics, including hands-on work with analytics SDKs and dashboarding tools, plus demonstrable experience across both B2C and B2B product contexts.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics or a related discipline; Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
