Role & Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end AI-driven asset production (image, video, variants) using best-in-class generative AI tools
• Translate creative briefs into structured prompts, workflows, and generation logic
• Manage iteration cycles including prompt tuning, model selection, and re-generation strategies
• Ensure efficient delivery of assets across multiple workstreams under tight timelines
• Monitor output consistency against Prada visual standards (views, formats, quality)
• Perform still-life and on-model post-production and refinement activities as needed
• Apply quality control frameworks assessing consistency, realism, and alignment with luxury brand codes
• Adapt workflows to specific project requirements while maintaining efficiency and output standards
• Provide feedback to improve workflows, tools, and AI generation processes
• Partner with Content and Marketing Digital teams to define production standards and output guidelines
• Drive upskilling initiatives on generative AI tools and best practices across teams
• Support governance frameworks on AI tool usage and compliance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience at marketing agencies, creative design studios, or creative-centric organizations, with hands-on content production experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality marketing content across image, video, or both media
• Hands-on proficiency with AI image generators and prompt engineering (e.g., Google Vertex AI, Higgsfield, Seedance, Freepik, Kling, Flora)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital asset management (DAM) platforms
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-control mindset and understanding of luxury brand aesthetics
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional team environments
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Preference for experience within luxury or high-end industries

Experience

3 years of professional content production experience at leading marketing agencies, creative design studios, or creative-centric organizations, with demonstrated hands-on expertise in luxury or high-end sector preferred. Direct experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering is essential.
