Role & Responsibilities
- Process Italian and foreign supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Review all invoices for payment accuracy and obtain proper approvals from relevant business units
- Assist other departments and vendors in resolving invoice discrepancies and payment issues
- Support day-to-day accounts payable operations and maintain documentation standards
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed accounting, finance, or business administration studies
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
