Global Retail Events Manager position in Milano covering maternity leave. CRM & Omnichannel focus.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute global retail events and activations across multiple markets and store locations
  • Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with brand guidelines and commercial objectives
  • Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics from conception through post-event analysis
  • Collaborate with retail operations, merchandising, and regional teams to ensure seamless event implementation
  • Monitor event performance metrics and KPIs, delivering insights and recommendations for future activations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing retail events or experiential marketing campaigns at a global scale
  • Demonstrated project management expertise with ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously
