Global Retail Events Manager position in Milano covering maternity leave. CRM & Omnichannel focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute global retail events and activations across multiple markets and store locations
- Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with brand guidelines and commercial objectives
- Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics from conception through post-event analysis
- Collaborate with retail operations, merchandising, and regional teams to ensure seamless event implementation
- Monitor event performance metrics and KPIs, delivering insights and recommendations for future activations
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing retail events or experiential marketing campaigns at a global scale
- Demonstrated project management expertise with ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously
- Strong understanding of omnichannel retail strategies and customer engagement principles
- Excellent organizational and communication skills across cross-functional teams and time zones
Skills
Experience
5 years of experience in retail events management, experiential marketing, or related CRM and omnichannel roles, preferably with global luxury brands or multi-market environments
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience
