Prada is hiring a General Manager for its Bal Harbour boutique in Miami. Lead store operations, sales and VIP client strategy for Prada Bal Harbour.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Direct all commercial and operational aspects of the Prada Bal Harbour boutique, owning sales performance, margin and P&L accountability.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual KPIs, driving conversion, average transaction value and client retention.
  • Recruit, lead and mentor a high‑performing retail team; set service standards, coaching cadence and performance management processes.
  • Build, manage and personally cultivate relationships with high‑net‑worth and VIP clients through targeted clienteling, private appointments and events.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and in‑store presentation to ensure alignment with global campaign directives and local market taste.
  • Control inventory flow, stock replenishment and stockroom integrity; collaborate with buying and logistics to optimise assortments.
  • Ensure strict compliance with brand procedures, cash handling, audit controls and loss‑prevention protocols.
  • Plan and deliver local marketing activations, trunk shows and boutique events in coordination with regional marketing and PR teams.
  • Analyse sales reports and market trends; provide actionable insights and forecasts to regional leadership and merchandising partners.
  • Manage day‑to‑day HR and administrative duties including scheduling, payroll inputs and employment compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail leadership with responsibility for a flagship or high‑volume boutique.
  • Demonstrable P&L ownership and commercial acumen; ability to translate strategy into measurable sales growth.
  • Strong people leadership with experience hiring, developing and retaining talent in a luxury retail environment.
  • Deep understanding of clienteling, VIP service protocols and relationship development with high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Solid knowledge of merchandising, inventory management and visual presentation standards for an aspirational luxury brand.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion and professionalism; ability to represent the brand at client and public events.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends; capacity to travel locally as required.
