Prada seeks a General Manager for its Bal Harbour (Miami) boutique to lead store operations, drive sales and manage the retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own overall store performance and act as the principal brand ambassador for the boutique, ensuring delivery of financial targets and KPIs.
- Lead, coach and develop the store team to maximise sales, elevate client experience and secure internal succession.
- Drive business planning and local market initiatives to increase footfall, attract new clients and deepen loyalty.
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations including cash handling, inventory control, logistics and reporting to head office.
- Ensure a superior client experience by being present on the sales floor and promoting a high standard of service and private appointments.
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations to define sales strategy and store presentation.
- Foster omni‑channel development through the team and support clienteling initiatives and local events in partnership with corporate and local stakeholders.
- Recruit and talent‑scout high‑calibre retail professionals to strengthen the boutique’s capability and culture.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership with a record of managing and developing retail teams in a luxury environment.
- Demonstrable ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and manage P&L responsibility.
- Strong clienteling skills and a client‑centric approach to drive loyalty and high levels of satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Sound knowledge of visual merchandising, inventory controls and store operational procedures.

Experience
Likely 5+ years of progressive retail management experience, preferably within luxury fashion, with responsibility for store P&L, team leadership and demonstrated success against sales targets.
Education
Business or Retail Management degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail accepted.
