Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize sales performance and propose business plans.
  • Lead the store team to exceed KPIs and ensure excellent client service.
  • Represent the brand in the local market and identify new business opportunities.
  • Foster Omni Channel development and manage store expenses.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Promote team spirit and ensure professional growth and product knowledge.
  • Develop sales strategies in cooperation with merchandising and operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and participate in buying sessions.
  • Organize local events in collaboration with the Retail Events Office.

Qualifications

  • Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
  • Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design

Experience
