Prada Group seeks a General Manager in Los Angeles to lead the Beverly Center store, driving sales and ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize sales performance.
  • Develop and propose strategic business plans.
  • Lead the store team to exceed key performance indicators.
  • Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Ensure a superior client experience by being present on the sales floor.
  • Promote Omni Channel development within the team.
  • Manage store expenses to meet budgetary goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to drive business results and exceed targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Degree in Business/Retail Management or equivalent is preferred.

Experience

Extensive experience in luxury retail management, with a track record of driving sales and leading high-performing teams.

Education

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
