Prada seeks a General Manager in Las Vegas, USA to lead boutique operations, drive sales and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own overall store performance and act as the brand ambassador in-market, accountable for sales, margin and client satisfaction.
  • Drive and maximise sales performance through strategic business plans and by coaching the team to exceed KPIs.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor to ensure exemplary client approach and service standards.
  • Develop and sustain long-term client relationships, foster private appointments and implement clienteling initiatives and local events to increase loyalty and spend.
  • Lead recruitment, talent development, succession planning and daily management of the store team.
  • Ensure execution of retail standards in merchandising, visual display and store operations in partnership with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations.
  • Manage store budget and control expenses; enforce company procedures for cash activity, inventory, logistics and required reporting.
  • Promote omnichannel development and collaborate with corporate functions to leverage local market opportunities and partnerships (influencers, stakeholders).

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proven leadership in luxury retail with experience recruiting, developing and motivating teams.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and managing store budgets.
  • Strong clienteling, event management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations including inventory control, cash procedures and reporting.
  • Degree in Business or Retail Management or equivalent is a plus; strong interest in fashion, art and design.

Experience

Demonstrated experience leading a luxury retail store or boutique, with responsibility for commercial results, team development, client relationship management and store operations. Experience working with clienteling programmes and organising local retail events is expected.

Education

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent preferred.
