Prada seeks a Floor Manager in Istanbul (Istanbul Airport) to lead the sales floor, drive KPIs and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the floor sales team to exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining exemplary client service standards.
- Support the Store Manager in analysing floor performance and implementing targeted business plans and action items.
- Be a visible presence on the sales floor, ensuring consistent delivery of the Brand’s approach, service rituals and product presentation.
- Drive omnichannel adoption and coach the team in using digital tools and clienteling strategies to deepen client relationships and increase conversions.
- Develop product and collection knowledge across the floor team and coordinate with relevant functions to deliver training.
- Manage client relationships and after-sales service to strengthen loyalty and resolve complaints with positive outcomes.
- Oversee operational tasks for the department, including cash procedures, inventory control, back-of-house organisation and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business or Retail Management (or equivalent vocational qualification).
- Proven leadership and team-management capabilities in a retail environment.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse performance and define action plans.
- Excellent client service orientation and experience with clienteling initiatives.
- Very good command of English; knowledge of a second language is preferred.
- Interest in luxury fashion, art and design; high standards of personal grooming and professionalism.
Skills
Experience
Significant retail experience with supervisory responsibilities in a luxury or premium environment; typically several years leading floor teams and driving sales performance. Experience in travel-retail or airport store operations is advantageous.

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent
