Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the boutique sales team to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications
- Proven boutique or store supervisory/management experience in luxury fashion or premium retail (typically 2+ years).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing teams in a customer-facing retail environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills with high standards for service and presentation.
- Commercially astute with experience in merchandising, stock control and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak shopping periods.

Minimum of two years in a supervisory or floor-management role within luxury fashion or high-end retail, with direct experience achieving sales targets, leading teams and overseeing store operations.
Education
