Qualifications

  • Proven boutique or store supervisory/management experience in luxury fashion or premium retail (typically 2+ years).
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing teams in a customer-facing retail environment.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills with high standards for service and presentation.
  • Commercially astute with experience in merchandising, stock control and basic financial reporting.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak shopping periods.
