Prada Group seeks a Finance Manager in Hong Kong to manage accounting operations for Macau and Taiwan. Bachelor in Accounting, 5+ years Big 4 experience, SAP proficiency required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and support month-end closing activities for Macau and Taiwan, including general ledger review, closing schedules, internal and external reporting
- Liaise with auditors and compile statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS, MFRS, and local accounting standards
- Support and review lease management system data for Taiwan market, ensuring accuracy and alignment with finance, real estate and accounting requirements
- Prepare schedules and coordinate with tax representatives on tax returns, computations and supporting documentation
- Support and resolve critical daily operational issues for Accounts Payable in Macau, including payment matters, invoices, reconciliations and stakeholder follow-up
- Coordinate and prepare budget and forecast inputs for Macau and Taiwan, including variance analysis and corrective recommendations
- Act as key contact point for Taiwan market under the outsourced operating model, ensuring accuracy of deliverables from service hub
- Monitor KPIs of outsourced service provider including turnaround times, error rates, and remediation actions; participate in governance meetings as required
- Streamline processes and provide remediation plans for internal control gaps and operational inefficiencies
- Support stock take activities and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Accounting with relevant professional membership (CPA or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Big 4 audit or commercial accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail

Minimum 5 years in Big 4 audit or commercial accounting field. Experience in retail and FMCG sectors is preferred.
Education
Bachelor degree in Accounting with relevant professional membership (CPA, ICPA, or equivalent).
