Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver and continuously refine immersive training curricula covering product knowledge, brand heritage, clienteling, sales techniques and visual merchandising for boutique teams.
  • Conduct regular field visits and in‑store coaching sessions to assess performance, model selling behaviours and ensure consistent application of brand standards.
  • Onboard new store hires and lead induction programmes to accelerate competence and cultural assimilation across the retail network.
  • Develop and administer assessments, role‑plays and proficiency metrics; produce actionable coaching plans and follow‑up interventions.
  • Collaborate with regional managers, HR and merchandising to align training priorities with commercial objectives and seasonal launches.
  • Monitor retail KPIs and translate performance data into targeted learning initiatives; prepare concise reports and training impact analyses for stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update training materials and digital content for Learning Management Systems to ensure scalability and knowledge retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail training, learning & development or store coaching within the luxury fashion or premium retail sector.
  • Demonstrable track record of improving sales performance and customer experience through structured training interventions.
  • Outstanding presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for store visits and regional programmes.
  • Fluent English; additional languages advantageous depending on region of assignment.
  • Valid driving licence and passport for international travel (where applicable).
