Prada Group seeks Facility Specialist in Munich to oversee Central European store maintenance, operations, and contractor management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee routine inspections, cleaning, and technical maintenance across Central European stores, ensuring all premises meet company quality standards and health and safety protocols
- Monitor daily operational spending against the OPEX budget provided by headquarters, using Excel to track costs and manage facility expenditures
- Manage outsourced contractors and technical specialists, ensuring external services, repairs, and projects comply with quality requirements and deadlines
- Draft and manage tenders and support the selection of outsourced suppliers for cleaning, repairs, and store materials according to purchasing guidelines
- Work closely with Store Managers and Head Office stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations and facility upkeep
- Schedule and supervise store restyling projects and technical upgrades in alignment with business goals
- Act as the primary point of contact for building and system emergencies, providing hands-on assistance to store staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as Facility Specialist in a fast-paced environment
- Experience gained from a retail organization (preferred)
- Very good technical skills regarding maintenance of mechanical or electrical/electronic equipment and machinery
- Professional-level knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel across Central European region
