Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Regional Director, Asia, including travel organization and expense reporting.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring efficient document management.
- Organize meetings and appointments, coordinate agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Coordinate with the Communications Department on sponsorship requests.
- Administer leave applications for managers and assigned departments.
- Prepare travel budgets and ensure compliance with travel policies.
- Supervise reception and office administration to maintain corporate standards.
- Coordinate communication and compliance with subsidiaries in the Asia Pacific region.
- Manage office equipment maintenance and vendor selection, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
