Prada Group seeks an Events Manager in Milan to oversee corporate and cultural events for Prada, Church's, and Fondazione Prada brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of corporate, institutional, brand image, and cultural events for Prada Group brands, with particular focus on Prada, Church's, and Fondazione Prada collaborative initiatives
- Lead comprehensive event planning and execution, coordinating content development, talent and artist engagement, venue selection, production logistics, catering, security protocols, guest management, hospitality standards, transportation, and onsite operations
- Coordinate internal departments, subsidiaries, local offices, agencies, consultants, partners, and suppliers to ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables, budgets, and quality standards
- Provide developmental support and operational guidelines for Prada Group corporate events to local teams, facilitating cross-functional coordination with Headquarters and ensuring consistency of brand expression
- Oversee cultural initiatives developed in collaboration with Fondazione Prada, ensuring alignment between artistic content, organizational requirements, and strategic project objectives
- Direct all onsite operations throughout setup, event execution, and dismantling phases to ensure seamless and effective delivery
- Manage administrative, contractual, and financial aspects of events, including vendor contracts, documentation, invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring
- Prepare strategic documentation, project proposals, presentations, and quantitative and qualitative reporting, consolidating results and insights to inform future campaign development
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in corporate event management, brand activation, and experiential marketing within a luxury or high-end corporate environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects from concept through execution and evaluation
- Exceptional organizational, coordination, and negotiation capabilities with strong attention to detail
- Advanced problem-solving skills and proven ability to manage competing priorities and demanding timelines
- Demonstrated effectiveness in cross-functional and international team settings
- Proficiency in stakeholder relationship management with internal and external partners
- Strong comprehension of budgeting, cost control, and event-related administrative and financial processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional presentation capability
- Fluent English; additional languages highly valued
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in corporate event management, brand activation, or experiential marketing, preferably within the luxury goods, fashion, or premium lifestyle sectors. Demonstrated track record of successfully executing large-scale, complex events with international scope and managing multiple simultaneous projects.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or related discipline; or equivalent professional experience demonstrating mastery of the competencies outlined above.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 50,000 to EUR 55,000 per annum.
