Miu Miu Events Coordinator position in Paris. Coordinate retail activations, trunk shows, and brand events for a luxury fashion maison. Contract role reporting to Events Director.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end event organization and execution, including venue sourcing, timeline management, budgeting, logistics and operational coordination
  • Coordinate all event-related services including catering, security, entertainment, staffing, fittings, transportation and guest management
  • Monitor and optimize event budgets while maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring cost efficiency
  • Identify and manage vendors and suppliers in collaboration with the Events Director, including budget negotiations and contract administration
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and retail locations to understand business requirements and ensure successful event implementation
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas and best practices to event programming
  • Produce qualitative and quantitative post-event reports with performance analysis and strategic recommendations
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices and all administrative processes related to events with meticulous accuracy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, partners and service providers

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in events coordination, preferably within luxury, fashion or lifestyle sectors
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Deep understanding of luxury brand values and client experience expectations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Experience
