Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the brand's online store, ensuring optimal technical performance and service quality.
- Monitor KPIs and utilize data insights for continuous performance optimization.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless integrations and aligned campaigns.
- Manage launches, promotions, and the commercial calendar in collaboration with eMerchandising.
- Handle relationships with third-party partners and marketplaces, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.
- Contribute to marketplace growth strategies and performance planning.
- Support the launch and ongoing management of the app.
- Own commercial KPIs across conversion, revenue, AOV, traffic quality, and customer engagement.
- Lead business analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Implement data-driven commercial actions and experience adjustments to drive performance.
- Contribute to the global digital roadmap by identifying experience gaps and proposing enhancements.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion and engagement.
- Benchmark luxury competitors to inform experience evolution.
Qualifications
- 10 years of e-commerce experience within luxury fashion, beauty, or premium retail.
- Proven experience overseeing site operations for a global or premium brand.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
