Prada E-Merchandising Intern in Milano – support global omnichannel strategy, digital catalogue management, and visual merchandising across e-commerce platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the definition and management of Prada.com's seasonal and carry-over e-catalogue at worldwide level, ensuring alignment with merchandising strategy, brand positioning, and e-commerce business objectives in collaboration with HQ and regional teams
- Coordinate product content and digital assets, ensuring product information, qualitative attributes, and visual materials are complete, accurate, and delivered on time according to brand guidelines
- Monitor product deliveries, launches, and online publication, ensuring consistent visual merchandising across European and regional markets while optimizing product navigation and digital customer experience
- Analyze sales and stock performance, providing merchandising insights for business reviews and supporting stock analysis for the Content Factory, including sample and production inventory
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and merchandising opportunities while supporting commercial calendar management and content production timelines in collaboration with E-Store Management, Content Factory, and E-Merchandising teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines
- Professional proficiency in English and Italian
- Experience in e-commerce, merchandising, fashion, or luxury sectors (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Previous academic or internship experience in e-commerce, merchandising, fashion, or luxury industries is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
