Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director in delivering sales targets, margin and KPI objectives across the Selfridges concession.
- Lead daily store operations including staff scheduling, stock management, visual merchandising compliance and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Coach, develop and motivate the sales team to elevate client service, deepen client relationships and maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Own execution of brand initiatives, in‑store events and VIP clienteling activities in close collaboration with regional management and CRM teams.
