Department Manager at Prada Xi'an – Lead luxury retail operations, sales performance, and team management in premier fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor fashion trends and competitive landscape, sharing insights with team members to maintain brand relevance
- Uphold the company's image and professional standards, ensuring consistent compliance across personal presentation and team conduct
- Collaborate with store management to deliver exemplary customer service during reception and interaction phases, meeting brand quality benchmarks
- Manage customer complaints and post-sale service matters with discretion and authority

- Support store management in team recruitment, coordination, and continuous motivation to ensure optimal performance and capability alignment

- Contribute to store operational planning and align initiatives with store management

- Co-train staff on loss prevention and theft deterrence protocols
- Compile and analyze key reports on sales, inventory, staff performance, customer relationship management, and warehouse operations

Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience in luxury fashion or comparable high-end retail environment
- Demonstrated leadership capability with ability to motivate and develop direct reports
- Strong customer service orientation with experience managing VIP and key account relationships
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and merchandise flow optimization
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and store standards compliance
- Experience with sales performance analysis and reporting
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of progressive retail management experience in luxury fashion, designer brands, or ultra-premium retail sectors, with demonstrated success in overseeing departmental operations and leading sales teams. Prior exposure to high-touch customer service in branded retail environments is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related discipline preferred.
