Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for the assigned boutique department, ensuring impeccable presentation and adherence to Miu Miu visual and service standards.
- Drive commercial performance by achieving and exceeding sales targets, conversion and average transaction value metrics.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales team; conduct performance reviews and implement tailored training to elevate product knowledge and clienteling skills.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and merchandising execution in coordination with store leadership and regional buying teams.
