PRADA seeks a Department Manager at Taipei Breeze Center, Taipei — lead boutique sales, clienteling and team performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the boutique department team to achieve sales targets, KPIs and exceptional client service standards.
  • Own day‑to‑day departmental operations including staff scheduling, visual merchandising alignment, inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
  • Coach, train and develop sales advisors through one‑to‑one feedback, performance reviews and targeted learning plans.
  • Deliver high‑touch clienteling: cultivate VIP relationships, manage appointments, and ensure personalised aftercare.
  • Monitor sales performance and inventory metrics; prepare reports and communicate results to district/regional management.
  • Ensure strict compliance with brand standards, store policies and local retail regulations.
  • Coordinate product flow with stockroom, assist with replenishment and seasonal floor moves to maximise selling opportunities.
  • Resolve complex client issues and escalations while safeguarding brand reputation and client confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury retail, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong people management skills: coaching, scheduling, performance management and talent development.
  • Excellent clienteling and relationship‑building ability with high standards of discretion and service.
  • Commercial acumen with experience analysing sales KPIs, conversion rates and inventory turnover.
  • Fluent Mandarin; business‑level English is strongly preferred for liaison with regional teams.
  • Professional demeanour aligned with luxury brand standards and attention to visual detail.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
