Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations for the assigned department, ensuring exceptional client service and adherence to Prada brand standards.
- Drive sales performance and achieve department KPIs through proactive coaching, merchandising and clienteling.
- Recruit, train and develop sales associates; conduct regular performance reviews and foster a high-performing team culture.
