Prada is hiring a Department Manager in Taichung, Taiwan — lead the sales department, drive KPIs and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the department to exceed financial targets and departmental KPIs through coaching, sales planning and performance management.
  • Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans, analysing departmental performance and proposing corrective action.
  • Actively sell and be present on the sales floor to model the Brand Selling Ceremony and the highest standards of client service.
  • Drive client development by building and maintaining long-term client relationships, executing clienteling initiatives and ensuring exemplary after‑sales care.
  • Promote omni‑channel integration by encouraging use of digital tools and ensuring timely, high‑quality handling of e‑commerce orders.
  • Maximise sell‑through via cross‑selling and up‑selling across product categories and ensure visual displays attract clients in line with company guidelines.
  • Manage store care and operational compliance, including cash, inventory, logistics and back‑of‑house organisation for the department.
  • Identify, develop and retain talent: deliver training, morning briefings and individual development plans to strengthen team capability.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and people‑management skills with the ability to motivate a retail sales team and drive results.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience developing action plans from sales analysis and KPI tracking.
  • Excellent client‑facing skills and deep commitment to delivering a luxury service standard.
  • Solid organisational skills with attention to store operations, stock protection and company procedures.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and omni‑channel retail processes.

Experience
