Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director and Assistant Store Manager in daily boutique operations.
- Lead and manage the Donna (women's) business to achieve success.
- Cultivate a positive work culture and lead by example.
- Build and nurture genuine relationships with clients, from the selling ceremony to after-sales care.
- Drive sales and inspire the team to meet targets and KPIs.
- Maintain strong commercial awareness and understanding of contemporary trends.
- Provide hands-on support to the team on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of luxury retail experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of management experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving sales results and achieving KPIs.
- Passion for the Prada brand.
